2. Booking Services

  • To book Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into binding agreements.
  • Bookings can be made through the Website, phone, or email.
  • When booking Services, you will be required to provide certain information, including but not limited to:

    • Preferred date and time for service
    • Desired cleaning tasks

3. Payment

4. Service Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel your booking at any time, subject to the following cancellation policy:
    • More than 48 hours before the scheduled service: Full refund.
    • Within 48 hours of the scheduled service: 50% cancellation fee.
    • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or no-show: No refund.
  • To cancel a booking, please contact us through the Website, phone, or email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances or if we believe the Client’s requests are beyond the scope of our Services. In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule the booking or offer a full refund.

5. Scope of Services

  • We offer a variety of cleaning services, including but not limited to:

    • General cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping)
    • Deep cleaning
    • Move-in/move-out cleaning
    • Carpet cleaning
    • Window cleaning
  • We reserve the right to refuse to perform any cleaning task that we deem unsafe, unsanitary, or beyond the scope of our Services.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client is responsible for ensuring the Service address is accessible to the Cleaner during the booked time slot.
  • The Client must remove any valuables or fragile items from the cleaning area before the service begins.
  • The Client is responsible for providing any necessary supplies or equipment unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • The Client agrees to treat the Cleaner with courtesy and respect.

7. Cleaner Responsibilities

  • Cleaners are independent contractors and are not employees of the Company.
  • Cleaners are vetted and insured by the Company.
  • Cleaners will arrive at the Service address on time and professionally attired.
  • Cleaners will perform the Services in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Cleaners will respect the Client’s property and privacy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the Services, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • The Company’s liability to the Client shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the Services.

10. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Website or Services.

11. Intellectual Property

  • The Website and all content thereon, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the property of the Company
